Prof. Robertas Damaševičius

Robertas Damaševičius received his Ph.D. in Informatics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) in 2005. Currently, he is a Professor at Software Engineering Department, KTU. He is also Professor at Department of Applied Informatics, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas; and Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Silesian University of Technology, Poland. He is the author of over 400 papers as well as a monograph published by Springer. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Information Technology and Control journal and has been Guest Editor of several invited issues of international journals (IEEE Access, Biomed Research International, Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience, Journal of Universal Computer Science).

Prof. Dr. Clive Phillips

Clive Phillips was Australia’s first Professor of Animal Welfare, at the University of Queensland, and foundation director of the Centre for Animal Welfare and Ethics. He previously lectured at the Universities of Cambridge and Wales. He has written widely on the welfare of farm, zoo and companion animals, and particularly livestock transported by ship. His books include Principles of Cattle Production, The Animal Trade and The Welfare of Animals - the Silent Majority. He has authored 360+ scientific journal articles.

Prof. Dr. Yuanquan Shi

Yuanquan Shi, Professor, Dean of school of computer and artificial intelligence (school of software) at Huaihua University, Director of Key Laboratory of Wuling-Mountain Health Big Data Intelligent Processing and Application in Hunan Province Universities, Vice-director of Computer Education Professional Committee of Hunan Higher Education Association, China. He received the B.S. degree from Hunan Normal University, China, in 2000; the M.E. degree from National University of Defense Technology, China, in 2005; the Ph.D. Degree from Sichuan University, China, in 2011. From 2016 to 2017, he was a visiting scholar of School of Computer Sciences at the University of Adelaide, Australia. With main research interests in network security, intelligent computing, and time series prediction, he has published more than 50 papers, and has been a director or a member in more than 10 grants and projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, China Scholarship Council, Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China etc.

Assoc. Prof. Jun Dong

Jun Dong currently working as an associate professor on Beijing University of Agriculture, China. She received the master degree in Nanjing Forest University in 2003. Her research interest includes Agricultural planning, precise poverty alleviation,industrial analysis and so on. She has been published more than 19 book series related Agriculture as a chief editor and published more than 10 papers in core journal.

Dr. Gilbert Yuk Sing CHAN

Gilbert Yuk Sing CHAN is an assistant professor of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he has received his Ph.D. in University of Durham since 1994. Currently, he is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, the Chairman of Chinese Working Group, European-African Australasian Group of International Ozone Association. He published two books called Gifted Education A to Z in 2014 and Water Knows HealthScience Book which is for the general public on the consumption of water in 2013. He has lots of research results, 66 scientific articles in SCI journals and ten book chapters.

Prof. Dr. Jianguo Liu

Jianguo Liu is professor at the School of Mathematics and Computational Science of Huaihua University, master program director in Fujian Normal University, Hunan Agricultural University and Minnan Normal University, and visiting scholar at University of Texas. He received his PhD in Modeling and Simulation of Complex Systems from Chinese Academy of Sciences. He serves as member of the Teaching Committee of Mathematics and Physics Majors in universities in Hunan Province, member of the organizing committee of the 7th Hunan College Students Mathematical Contest in Modeling, principal of "Information and Computational Science" in Hunan Province, director of the Computational Mathematics Branch of Chinese Mathematical Society, and dean of the School of Mathematics and Computational Science of Huaihua University. Prof. Liu’s research interests include land surface hydrological ecosystem mathematical modeling, simulation and data analysis. He has published more than 20 academic papers including 1 SCI Region I paper and 4 SCI Region II papers. He presided over a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, surface project, key project sub-project, Hunan Natural Science Foundation 2, Hunan innovative Province special science popularization topic 1 and Hunan Provincial Education Department Outstanding Youth project 1. He won the third prize of Hunan Province Natural Science (hosted). He is the discipline leader of Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Eco-Agricultural Intelligent Control Technology in Wuling Mountain Area, "Control Science and Engineering" of Hunan Province's "double first-class" applied characteristic discipline, Huaihua University applied characteristic discipline "Mathematics", the science and technology innovation team of "Mathematical Modeling and Simulation of Complex Systems", and Huaihua Key Laboratory of Hydrometeorological Big Data, Wuling Mountain Region. He won the first prize and the second prize of Huaihua University teaching achievement. He guided students to participate in the National University Mathematical Contest in Modeling and won national first prize and provincial second prize, and win two national innovation and entrepreneurship program training projects.

And he also is the associate editor of International Journal of pharmacy and pharmaceutical technology and Under graduate academic research journal. At the same time, he served as a peer reviewer of PLoS ONE. He has published more than 30 papers in core journals in China and abroad, and participated in many international academic conferences and presented keynote reports. He presided over and participated in more than 10 projects at all levels. He has obtained two invention patents, written two textbooks, and participated in editing many textbooks. His students' innovation and entrepreneurship project under his instruction and guidance was approved by the national level.
